During your intake session, your therapist will establish a safe and comfortable office environment. They will introduce themselves, explain the therapeutic process, and discuss therapeutic expectations, boundaries, and confidentiality policies. Always be sure to ask any questions or address concerns you may have.

During thearpy sessions, your therapist will encourage you to share your story and reasons for seeking therapy. This is your chance to express your thoughts, emotions, and any challenges you’ve been facing. The therapist will actively listen, ask relevant questions, and take notes to gain a deeper understanding of your concerns, experiences, and goals.

Once your therapist has a comprehensive understanding of your situation, they will work with you to establish treatment goals. Your therapy services will be become a collaborative process ensures that you have a sense of ownership and involvement in your therapeutic journey.
