Adam Potter, BCN, BCBA, (he/him)
Founder, CEO, Clinical Director, and Lead Neurotherapist
Adam Potter, began his career treating severe mental illness in outpatient settings before discovering Behavior Analysis while working with adults with developmental disabilities. Seeking more effective ways to support clients, he integrated behavior therapy with biofeedback, beginning his training in 2012. His success with this combined approach—especially with young children—led him to found Lighthouse Neurofeedback and Behavior Analysis in Colorado.
Adam’s background in psychology, behaviorism, psychophysiology, education, martial arts, and mediation gives him a holistic, inclusive approach to therapy. Trained in mediation since age 14, his martial arts experience helps him work compassionately with clients others may find challenging. He believes in blending multiple perspectives to create tailored solutions that improve quality of life for individuals and families.

Nick Berger, LPC, BCN, (he/him)
Director of Clinical Services and Lead Neurotherapist
Nick is a lead Neurotherapist at Lighthouse and a licensed professional counselor. He works with clients and trains staff. Nick studied philosophy and psychology in college, then went to Naropa University for his Master’s Degree in transpersonal counseling psychology. Before working at Lighthouse, Nick was in private practice for 12 years, providing individual and family therapy. Nick has been a neurofeedback practitioner since 2012.Nick has been interested in electronics and biofeedback from a young age. He built a skin conductance biofeedback device when he was 14.

Samantha Wilson, BCN-P, (she/her)
Clinical Operations Manager
Samantha began her education in Chicago and graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a focus in Psychology and Human Development. Samantha is board certified in Neurofeedback through BCIA and prioritizes educating herself and others through training our staff. She has worked as a Forbes trainer at The Broadmoor Resort, an adventure camp leader, a summer-school teacher, and an infant caretaker. In her free time, Samantha focuses on self-care, family, and her beloved snake Medusa and cat Jasmine.

Maggie Whiteley, MA, LPC, CCTP-I, (she/they)
Lead Neuro Psychotherapist, Intern Supervisor & Coordinator
Maggie obtained her Master's in Clinical Mental Health with a focus in mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling from Naropa University. Maggie received her Bachelor of Science in biological sciences with a minor in psychology and neurobehavioral studies from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln in 2014.Maggie is a certified clinical trauma professional, CCTP-I, which means Maggie emphasizes care through a trauma-informed and person-centered approach. Maggie also utilizes a social justice lens. Maggie draws from evidence-based practices including mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (mCBT), Gestalt, and Neurofeedback Therapy to provide catered-to-individualized care.
On a personal note, Maggie loves the outdoors and all things extreme sports. She spends most of her free time hiking with her dog, camping in the mountains, climbing, mountain biking, snowboarding, or wake-surfing.

Hannah Golditch, (she/her)
Client Relations Coordinator
Hannah obtained her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Colorado State University, with a concentration in the critical social theory of Intersectionality. Post-graduation, she embarked on a career as a collegiate academic advisor, interfaith educator, therapeutic intake administrator, and a psychiatric services coordinator. Hannah is dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the best care possible by emphasizing mental health awareness, accessibility, and inclusion. Hannah believes that by encouraging others to seek mental health care, we strengthen and enhance community wellbeing.Outside of her professional endeavors, Hannah’s life-long dream is to travel to the largest libraries in the world. In her free time, Hannah can be found reading a new book, painting, gaming, and or spending time with her close friends.

Meg Cross, (she/her)
Client Relations Coordinator
Meg graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelors degree in Child and Family Studies and Psychology. Meg has a background in case management, and some of her passions include trauma-informed care, community, and helping people be the truest versions of themselves. Meg is excited about supporting Lighthouse’s clients in accessing services that will improve their quality of life.
Meg enjoys anything involving the outdoors, especially hiking, climbing, and being near water. She also loves a good sunset and spending quality time with family, friends, and pets. -
Franklin Rabe, (he/him)
Claims & Billing Specialist
Frankie graduated from The University of Iowa with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting along with a Bachelors of Science in Sports & Recreation Management. This results from his love for certainty of numbers and passion for activity, especially in the outdoors. He loves to mountain bike, snowboard, ski (all of which he is also a guide for), as well as fishing, trail running, camping, and anything else that gets him and his dogs outside. Him and his partner live mobile in a van and truly get the most out of life.
Growing up always feeling some level of disconnect from those around him, he has extensively sought to understand the varying neurodivergent aspects that are presented to him and others who surround him. Combining his desire for understanding, definite answers, and the freedom of outdoors makes him passionate for the smooth financial operation of a company that helps others also gain understanding of themselves all while traveling with loved ones exploring the world.

David Elliot, MSW, LCSW, (he/him)
Lead Neuro Psychotherapist, Intern Supervisor
David Elliot is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who obtained his Master’s degree in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2016. He enjoys working with families and children to explore new ways of communicating that aim to strengthen familial connections through empathy and understanding. David supports families in the present as challenges arise, working with them to collaboratively identify opportunities for growth within their current communication strategies. His background is in Structural Family Therapy, which aims to identify and refine each family member’s role to enhance healthy boundaries and relationships between each family member. David’s lighthearted approach creates a safe and non-judgmental environment to help his clients navigate challenging situations through open and honest dialogue.David loves the outdoors and often snowboards, hikes, jogs, and plays disc golf. He also has a passion for indoor activities including cooking, playing drums, gaming, and maintaining his coral reef and fish tank.

Coco Menk, MA, (she/her)
Senior Neurotherapist
Coco began her academic journey at Rowan University, where she obtained a Psychology degree and a minor in Philosophy and Religion. Fueled by her interest in the connection between contemplative practice and psychology, she pursued a Master's degree at Naropa University, specializing in Transpersonal Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Mindfulness Meditation.
With a background in psychotherapy, Coco has refined her skills in helping young people navigate psychological and behavioral challenges. Grounded in the belief that achieving balance is fundamental to human nature, she works with clients to reach tangible goals.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Coco engages in yoga, meditation, and dance to promote the essential mind-body connection. Understanding the significance of personal equilibrium, she aims to cultivate a sense of tranquility in all her interactions. -
Monica Puckett, PsyM, (she/her)

Monica Puckett has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, earned in 2016. With a passion for empowering individuals and families, she has taught parenting and communications classes, coached diverse age groups and needs, and helped clients develop essential skills for personal and relational growth.Specializing in ADHD and depression, Monica employs a therapeutic approach that focuses on helping individuals realize their own potential while providing tools for effective life and mental management. She uses evidence-based techniques to foster resilience and emotional well-being, tailored to each client’s unique experiences.
An advocate for mental health awareness, Monica actively participates in community outreach programs to destigmatize mental health issues and promote healthy practices. In her free time, she enjoys her home life with her husband of 10 years and their blended family, which includes two given daughters, two chosen sons, one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law, two grandchildren and a Boxer. She loves exploring nature, traveling, and family. A lifelong learner, she values the importance of balance and self-care in both personal and professional life.

Raegan Grant, MA, LPC, (they/them)

Raegan completed their undergraduate studies in Neuroscience at the University of Colorado Boulder, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University. This foundation informs their integrative, trauma-informed approach to mental health, which emphasizes both the physiological and psychological dimensions of healing. Raegan is dedicated to fostering a compassionate and collaborative environment for clients of all ages to achieve their therapeutic goals.In their free time, Raegan enjoys outdoor adventures, spending time with their pets, and watching the prairie dogs at the park with their partner.

Brianna holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Walden University. She is a proud United States Army veteran. With a strong foundation in mental health, she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with disabilities across a wide range of mental health conditions—working with clients from as young as 4 to as old as 87. Her approach is grounded in empathy, resilience, and a deep commitment to helping others lead more fulfilling lives.She enjoys trying new adventures and watching Adam Sandler films.

Kat Moser, LCSW, (she/her)
Neurotherapist
Kat received her BSSW while attending Saint Louis University. To further her education, she moved to Colorado to complete her MSW at the University of Denver. After earning her LCSW certification, Kat has supported clients through grief therapy, out-patient home support, intellectual/developmental behavioral services, and in-patient mental health. Because of her versatile background, Kat understands and is knowledgeable about diverse backgrounds and human experiences. Kat is passionate about doing work that is impactful and meaningful, even as simple as helping people feel seen and heard. Her therapeutic goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable and can receive the best care possible. Kat is passionate about neurofeedback therapy as an evidence-based practice and knows that positive outcomes can occur when the client and therapist work together as a team.
When she is not working, Kat can be found enjoying Colorado activities, such as hiking, tubing, and visiting mountain towns. When she feels like spending time indoors, Kat likes to crochet, watch movies, or meet friends for dinner/drinks.

David Engele, MA, (he/him)
Neuro Psychotherapist
David earned his Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health with a focus in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University. His approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client centered. He has a holistic view of psychotherapy, rooted in the belief that the body, mind, and spirit of a person can’t be compartmentalized, and that healing is most effective when it addresses the totality of the human experience.
In the prime of his life, David was debilitated by a chronic illness that threatened to take away his ability to walk, rooted in childhood traumas. He underwent a nine-year initiation of healing and came back into health on the other side equipped with boundless compassion for those suffering, and the embodied belief that with the right tools, support, and attitude, all people have the ability to heal themselves, no matter what they may be going through. David believes that healing, while not always pleasant, can also be fun. Integrating techniques like Mindfulness, Gestalt, and Internal Family Systems, he is devoted to creating a safe space for people of all walks of life to bring the full spectrum of their authentic selves, to be witnessed, supported, and honored in their path of healing, learning, discovering, and growing.
Outside of Lighthouse, David loves playing guitar and singing, getting down on the dance floor, walking through green forests, studying all esoteric things, and shredding on his snowboard.

Lisa Henton, (she/her)
Neuro Psychotherapist
Lisa is in her final year at Denver Seminary, pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Before entering the counseling field, she and her husband pastored a small church on the Oregon Coast. It was in that role that Lisa discovered a deep need—people were longing for help and healing, and she realized she wanted to be better equipped to offer it. This calling led her to pursue formal training as a clinical mental health counselor.
Lisa is passionate about the integration of body, mind, spirit, and relationships in the healing process. Having walked through her own journey of healing, she brings empathy, presence, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support. Lisa believes that the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change, and she strives to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen and supported.
Her integrative approach draws from attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), internal family systems (parts work), and intersubjective systems theory.
Outside of her work, Lisa enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves being in nature—whether camping, fly fishing, or paddleboarding—and finds joy in slowing down to notice beauty in the world around her.

Matt is currently enrolled in a Master’s in Counseling program and is an intern at Lighthouse Therapeutics. He is also a certified Recovery Coach, has a B.A. in Addiction Psychology and is a certified yoga and meditation teacher. He loves the outdoors and has a deep passion for the well being of other people and the environment.. He has a wide variety of experience working in mental health over the last 5 years, mainly working with youth and adults struggling with substance abuse and mental illness. -
Rhonda Paynter, (she/her)

Rhonda Paynter currently works in a variety of modalities including Gestalt therapy, Mindfulness-based practices, MCBT (Mindfulness based Cognitve Behavioral Therapy), Somatic work for stress and trauma, Sensorimotor pracDces, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Neurofeedback, and Heart Rate Variability monitoring.Born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Rhonda’s multicultural background has given her a unique perspective on fostering harmony among individuals from diverse backgrounds. Her twenty-seven-year career in the film and television industry provided firsthand experience of the mental health challenges in high-pressure environments. After battlng Lyme disease for decades, she came to a pivotal moment which set her on a transformative path of self-discovery and healing, equipping her with insights into resiliency and holisDc well-being.
Motivated to help others, she commiTed fully to her passion for mental health, pursuing a degree in Mindfulness Counselling and Transpersonal Psychology at Naropa University in Boulder, CO.
Each client is met with a whole-person lens and the belief that every journey is valid and deserves to be met with understanding and support. Guided by a spirit of curiosity and compassion, Rhonda is commiTed to creating a safe and supporive therapeutic environmentthat empowers individuals to reconnect with themselves and cultvate ease and resilience in their lives.
