To guarantee your insurance covers your services with our office, we will conduct a verification of your insurance benefits. This is a process where we check with your insurance company to confirm what services are covered under your insurance plan.  

This process helps ensure that you know what to expect in terms of coverage and costs before you establish care with us. 

Do You Have Insurance?

We want to ensure that our services are as accessible as possible. To achieve this, our office offers a variety of private-pay options. With private pay, you are guaranteed the same quality of care at a price that matches or costs less than your typical insurance coverage.  
 
As a private-pay client, our private pay packages provide our clients with the opportunity to choose their payment plan. 

Private Pay Rates

Neurofeedback Private-Pay Rates

Initial QEEG Assessment, $600
Neurofeedback cost per session, $120

The QEEG and assessment is the start of all services and is purchased separately from session units. The QEEG includes the brain map and the intake session. The intake session and QEEG will be used to develop a treatment plan. (Price does not include a written report)  

For Neurofeedback, all clients are treated based on psychophysiology assessments using a QEEG assessment (Brain Map). Following the assessment, we recommend our clients be seen for at least two neurofeedback sessions per week to achieve the best results possible.

Therapy Intake, $120
Psychotherapy cost per session, $120

Our therapy intake appointments are the initial step in the therapeutic process where your therapist will gather comprehensive information about you. This session helps both you and your therapist establish a foundation for your ongoing mental health treatment.  

Your psychotherapy services begin with an intake appointment and any ongoing sessions will occur with that same therapist, typically on a weekly basis. 

(This includes talk therapy, DBT, CBT, and holistic counseling)

We understand the importance of accessibility for our community to receive mental health care. That's why we offer private pay session packages. Our packages are designed to provide you with the best possible care while maintaining the convenience of pre-paid sessions . Packages do not include the cost of the initial QEEG or intake appointments
20 Sessions: 2 sessions per week, for 10 weeks
$2000 Total ($100/per session)

30 Sessions: 2 sessions per week, for 15 weeks
$2800 Total ($93.33/per session)
