At Lighthouse Neurobehavioral Health, we are dedicated to guiding our clients on their mental wellness journey. Our innovative neurofeedback therapy helps individuals achieve optimal mental health by harnessing the power of their own brainwaves.
Neurotherapy is next phase of Behavioral Health and is rapidly becoming a preferable treatment option as it is a non-invasive, medication-free approach for treating brain-based conditions, with fewer side effects, and long-lasting results.
Our office will tailor your neurofeedback sessions to meet your unique needs, ensuring a customized approach to your improved mental wellness. By monitoring brainwave activity through sensors placed on the scalp, we will provide you with real-time feedback, ensuring you achieve the best care possible!
Our hope is to integrate neurofeedback with other therapeutic modalities, like psychotherapy, to offer a comprehensive approach to your treatment. Empowering you with the tools and knowledge to take control of your brain health and strengthen its plasticity.
At Lighthouse Neurobehavioral Health, we utilize psychotherapy as a collaborative treatment between a therapist and their client. Psychotherapy is grounded in dialogue. During a psychotherapy session with your therapist, you’ll experience a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who’s objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental.
At Lighthouse Institute of Neurobehavioral Health, you and your therapist will work together to identify and change the thoughts and behavior patterns that are keeping you from feeling your best. Our goal is to lessen troubling symptoms so you can function better and can improve your overall well-being.
With our team, we can provide psychotherapy alone, or in combination with biofeedback, neurofeedback, and/or neuromodulation to assist our clients in freeing themselves from the effects of trauma, unhealthy patterns of thinking, emotional regulation, self-confidence and more!
The use of neurotherapy in conjunction with psychotherapy can alleviate the many mental health concerns that are based in the brain (such as complex trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, focus, and mood disorders) and makes progress towards goals more rapid and permanent.
